In my two decades of health experience, I’ve worked on a lot of stressed out people. We don’t always have time to head to the nearest spa, stretch or exercise. This is where a golfball can come in handy.

Tight feet? Foot pain? Plantar Fasciitis? Take off your shoe and roll your foot on the ball. It feels fabulous. And by relaxing your feet, your entire body will relax.

Knot in your back? Find the spot, lay on the floor and position the golf ball in the right spot. You can control how much pressure you exert. Try to relax into it and let the golfball do all the work.

And if you are so inclined, you can always go for a round of golf to work out those extra frustrations and spend some time outside. I keep a golf ball in my glove compartment and in the desk in my office. The perfect therapeutic tool!
