LEAD NOW! Leadership Development Workshop

The 1-3 day LEAD NOW! Workshop is an engaging and inspiring leadership experience. Using the LEAD NOW! Leadership Development Model from the award-winning book of the same name, time-starved leaders learn what is required of a successful leader, what their personal leadership strengths are, and how to develop their areas of opportunities. The workshop is built upon leadership principles and content that have been proven with thousands of leaders over three decades. It enables each leader to leave with tools and insights to immediately make a difference in leading others and achieving desired organizational results.

Change Leadership Workshop

In this 1-day workshop, leaders will learn practical tools to be an active and visible change leader. Participants will learn the five change leadership behaviors and how to apply them in introducing and sustaining change. Leaders will also learn the six keys in implementing large-scale organizational change. This workshop is ideal for mid to executive level leaders who need to sponsor and support change efforts in the organization.

Influencing to Achieve Results Workshop

This day-long workshop will enable participants to learn how they can develop and implement influencing tactics and strategies to help achieve positive personal and organizational results. The workshop centers on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting professional relationships and leveraging each persons’ strengths and influencing style. The workshop is strongly recommended for anyone required to manage, to motivate or to influence their colleagues, customers or suppliers, especially those engaged in change efforts.

Teaming for High Performance Workshop

This 1-2 day interactive workshop applies the essentials that team members and leaders need to understand to be a high performing team. Teams learn how to create a common purpose, identify agreed upon team operating principles, build trust and respect the strengths and differences of each other. Ideal for mid to senior level teams that need to increase team cohesion to achieve more unified business and people results.

Coaching for Leaders Workshop

This half to full day engaging workshop teaches leaders the four essential skills of coaching others for development and performance improvement: Active Listening, Giving Feedback, Setting Goals, and Supporting Others. Leaders often recognize the need for effective coaching of employees, but lack the capability to know how to do it well. This class emphasizes how to optimize coachable moments and to provide productive coaching in one-on-one conversations.

Art of Executive Presentation Workshop

The two-day workshop is a dynamic and practical experience that builds the leader’s capability to command a room. Speaking with confidence, shaping data and facts to best fit the audience, using personal credibility, and issuing clear calls to action are winning ways for executive success. This is a hands-on, experiential workshop where 8-12 participants will increase their self-awareness and apply learnings through real-time video feedback from peers and instructor. Participants are invited to bring and use a real life business challenge so they leave with a prepared and practiced presentation ready for immediate use.
