Richard Hart, award winning author of The Zen of Sales, has been called a master in communication. He has successfully brought those skills into the realm of mediation and negotiation. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley at age 20, Richard is one of the highest paid divorce mediators in California. (Divorce mediation is oftentimes believed to be the toughest sector of mediation.) Richard now brings these skills to the corporate world by developing a one-of-a-kind training system that enables people to successfully engage in the processes of mediation and negotiation no matter what their position or field of endeavor.
