What makes a leader?

Stress is defined as a physical, chemical or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension and also may contribute to disease. The most common currently accepted definition of stress is a sensation that is experienced when a person perceives that “demands exceed the personal and social resources the individual is able to mobilize”.
We can’t always avoid stress, as it is a part of life. However, we can neutralize stress by implementing some positive principles.

The Power of Perseverance
To be successful as a professional in any field you must have a steadfast winning attitude. You must be determined, dedicated and devoted to succeed. This requires a firmly fixed mindset to learn all you can around the profession and then be devoted to the cause and purpose .
Many who are entering into the professional arena for the first time may have predetermined ideas about what they perceive the job or career should look like. Once they enter the profession their predetermined ideas may change.
We are a forward thinking society, always looking to the next new gadget or technology. Yet many of the tools that allow us to succeed, excel or even survive we need to look back to see. We need to look way back, to the primal days.

When leaders decide to play the blame game, it never turns out pretty. It is a game where the rules read that you never have to accept responsibility. You simply blame somebody else for your problems.
