Do you remember how hard and fast you are capable of working the day before you go on vacation? How productive do you think you would be if you used that concept every day? The Daily Dash is just that, focused effort and energy. Here is how it works, and I will use e-mail as an example. So you set a timer. You can use your clock, your cell phone or even an actual timer. In this example you set it for 30 minutes. Then for the next 30 minutes you work as fast and as focused as possible on answering and cleaning up your e-mails. When the 30 minutes is up you stop and move on to your next task. You will be amazed at how powerful this is simple habit is. You can use it all day long and at least double your results the very first day!
