BFI Green Drink Recipe
Fresh raw Baby Spinach enough to mostly fill a 2 quart Vitamix-or fill a colander-wash&drain
Fresh raw Parsley twist off a fist-full
Cucumber 1 medium peeled and chopped into about 8 chunks
Fresh whole Lemon 1 large lemon-squeeze out juice
Fresh Fuji Apple 1 cored-leave skin
Ginger Root, raw 1-2 inches peel off skin
1/8 th fresh Pineapple
Whatever is in season
1/4 cup Chia Seeds (provides 10-15 g of protein per 1/4 cup)-locate at health food stores and Whole Foods Markets
