BLACK BELT LEADERSHIP

Black Belt Leader as Innovator

To keep our faces towards change and behave like free spirits in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.”   Helen Keller

But how do we as “Black Belt Leaders in the Making” find the courage, as Ms. Keller suggests, “to keep our faces towards change,” especially when we have lost heart and our resistance stifles our ability to move forward?

Answer: Remove the resistance.

When we remove the resistance, we open up the willingness. And when we become more willing, we become more intelligent. We become more open. We become more capable.

So we remove our resistance, we open ourselves to the possibilites, and we become more capable and willing. Because the truth of the matter is: we as human beings can accomplish anything as long as we are capable and willing.

The lesson in this is applicable to all – neophyte and seasoned Black Belt Leaders alike: no matter how new we are to any of this; no matter how old it is to any of us – it still applies.
