Black Belt Leader as Beginner: Part Four

“You can’t always get what you want. But if you try sometimes, you just might find you get what you need.” – The Rolling Stones

My son Owen – he’s a really wonderful guy – and when he was a little kid – he’s about 20 now – and we’d ask him what he wanted to do, he’d always say: “Go to Disneyland.” No matter where we were. I mean, if we were in San Francisco – and we’d be out there – “Hey Owen, what do you want to do today?” – and we’re looking at the Golden Gate Bridge  – I’m thinking about Alcatraz maybe – and he’d say, “Let’s go to Disneyland.” I mean, the moon! “Let’s go to Disneyland.” It didn't’t matter where he was. Why? Because Owen had a vision of Disneyland in his heart. He could feel it in his bones. He could see himself walking down Main Street with a cotton candy in his hand and there’s the Matterhorn – that's what he wanted.

So as a “Black Belt Leader in the Making,” what do you want? What's your Disneyland?
