Ken Lizotte, Chief Imaginative Officer (CIO) of emerson consulting group inc., (Concord, Massachusetts), which transforms business experts and their firms into "thoughtleaders." A certified management consultant (CMC), Ken is author of "The Experts Edge: Become the Go-To Authority that People Turn To Every Time" (McGraw Hill, January 2008) and four previous books as well as hundreds of published articles. He has been interviewed by Newsweek, Business Week, Fortune, CBS-TV, the Boston Globe, Writers Digest, National Public Radio and other top media. He has written columns for the American Management Association and other journals.
