An International Master Trainer of both NLP & Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Certified Neuro-Semantic Meta Coach, a businessman, and a former missionary to South Africa Erl is the creator of the Deep Mind Dynamics, one of the most powerful and cohesive systems of Leadership Training & Development in the world.

He is also the founder of the Quantum Common Wealth, a community of leaders and professionals dedicated to intentional generosity, and global impact, through the growth of social enterprise. His intention is to help put an end to poverty, by training leaders to inspire their communities to create 'Global Systemic Prosperity' instead.

Erl has presented his powerful, high-content programs on personal transformation, professional sales & development, and leadership excellence to business executives, military personnel, civic and religious leaders, and professional audiences around the world, including leaders from prestigious organizations such as Boeing, Microsoft, Ford Motor Corp, the Pentagon, the U.S. Customs Service, HSBC, and many more.

Erl was mentored by Millard Fuller, founder of Habitat for Humanity and, for a time, served on the board of the Greater Twin Cities Fuller Center for Housing in Minneapolis, where he lives with his wife and five children.
