Bette Daoust, Ph.D. is the Chief Operating Officer of Vervial Group, LLC and also works in the wellness industry with helping others to manage their own health. Bette is the author of over 170 books, articles, and publications, the latest being the Blueprints for Success business series. Bette’s expertise is in the area of management and she understands that true process change for business improvement does not happen overnight nor is it accomplished solely through the use of "canned" content management programs. In her experience, most of the latest hype about business intelligence, management processes, and techniques are implemented too rapidly without understanding the intelligence model.
As a consultant, she knows that every company and situation is different. She approaches each project by taking the time to understand the clients business first, tailoring projects to meet their specific needs, and being available as a trusted long-term resource. Based on her discoveries, Bette has constructed programs that include the right mix of consulting, training, coaching and business maintenance services, which are based on best practices and her trademark M.E.R.I.T. methodology. All of Bette’s recommendations are made with the goal of helping customers create measurable change in the areas of management and leadership.
Bette has an eclectic background in education, technology, and enterprise administration. She has worked with such companies as Cisco Systems, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Accenture, Avaya, and Varian Medical Systems to name a few.
