Aimee Bernstein guides individuals in transforming their lives, their relationships, their organizations and their communities. As President of her own consulting, coaching and training company, she assists senior and emerging leaders in: refining their leadership vision, skills and presence; working effectively with diverse perspectives and agendas; managing organizational change, and engaging and uniting their teams and communities. To that end, Aimee\\\'s work develops:
Aimee is a skilled facilitator, change architect and an internationally known speaker. Her clients have included The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Dolce & Gabbana,, JM Family Enterprises, Continental Airlines, The Port of Singapore, Intel, The University of Texas at Austin, Broward County Government, and the North Broward Hospital District. Aimee\\\'s work emphasizes the art of collaboration and the power of diversity-- both essential elements for success in a global, pluralistic world. Her methods promote authentic communication, understanding and appreciation of the contribution of those who think or act differently from oneself. In collaboration with the University of Miami\\\'s Common Ground Project, she taught leadership of diversity, communication and conflict resolution skills to emerging leaders of diverse neighborhoods as a means of building community. In 2001 Aimee partnered with Peter Block, Margaret Wheatly and Dinesh Chandra to lead a three day community building workshop entitled "For Goodness Sake: Discovering the Clarity, Commitment and Connections to Make Change in Your World. With over thirty years of coaching experinece, Aimee is a master at getting to the heart of the matter. She has the ability to quickly perceive beyond the presenting concern to uncover the core issue and misunderstandings in thinking that keep people stuck in limiting patterns. Her work facilitates the discovery of new choices and teaches the relational skill essential to customer/employee driven organizations. Aimee combines her expertise in psychology, high performance states and business to produce rapid results. In 1964 Aimee founded the Women\\\'s Development Company in San Francisco-one of the first companies to provide coaching, training and mentoring to help women break through the glass ceiling. Since then. Aimee has worked with various women\\\'s educational organizations, non-profits and corporations to develop women leaders. Aimee is a skilled facilitator and an internationally acclaimed speaker. She passionately articulates her message through stories and illustrates through her body the key elements of her work. As a former professional singer (who performed with Lionel Hampton and was in a group that was the front act for such notables as Crosby, Stills and Nash and spiritual guru, Ram Dass) Ms. Bernstein is very comfortable speaking in front of thousands of people. She has applied this skill to corporate settings, presenting large group real time change processes to six hundred to a thousand people at a time in such locations as Florida, Tennessee, California and Singapore. Ms. Bernstein is listed in Who\\\'s Who in American Women. She has been interviewed on San Francisco\\\'s KCBS Radio and South Florida\\\'s Innerves radio show. Aimee has been featured inThe San Francisco Examiner, South Florida Sun Sentinel, Miami Herald, Marin Independent Journal and the Oakland Tribune. Her articles have appeared in such publications as the Women\\\'s Business Journal, Perspectives- the periodical of the World Business Academy, What Is True Wealth and How Do We Create It- an anthology of essays, and in Chicken Soup of the Soul Celebrates Mothers and Daughters. She is a contributing writer for ME Magazine for women. Currently Aimee is writing a book on self transformation.
